Currently, Mahindra Lifespaces, its property development arm & known for its Mahindra World City projects in Chennai & Jaipur, is finalising land parcels in Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra.
Mr. Anita Arjundas,MD and CEO said, “We have got a go ahead from the management & appointed architects. We are in the process of getting the land within the company by next month”
Each project will have 1,000 to 2,000 units (flats) spread above 10 acres. A house (Flat) is to be priced between Rs. 7 lakh and Rs. 15 lakh.
