Chennai based ASV Constructions has launched Alexandriea, located at Sholinganallur junction on OMR. Alexandriea will be built over 6 acres & its cost is valued at Rs.300 crores. The construction has already started & will be completed by the end of 2014. Singapore-based architecture firm, Design Team 3, are the designers.
Mr. Vaibhav Kumar, Director and CEO, ASV Constructions said, “In the past ten years, the company has developed commercial complexes and IT Parks. Now, we have entered the residential section on OMR with Alexandriea.”

* This project is a sea facing residential enclave just a few kms away from Adyar and Neelankarai.
* It will have 4 towers of 17 floors comprising 374 houses (Flats). There are 3 towers with 6 apartments on each floor of the size ,1850 square feet - 3 BHK.
* The fourth tower is its ‘Signature' tower overlooking the Bay of Bengal, which will comprise 4 luxury apartments. These will be 4 BHK of 2, 750 square feet. without wall sharing to ensure complete privacy.
