Thrissur chapter of CREDAI formed

ADB (Association of Builders and Developers), Thrissur, has merged with CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India) giving a major facelift to the builders of Thrissur, Kerala

The Thrissur chapter of CREDAI has also been established. K. A Padma Kumar, President, Adv Cherian John, secretary, C Sreerenj, treasurer, VR Mahadevan, V Parameswaran, A Rajan, N Raju, AA Abdul Latheef and Vijay Hari have been elected as the office-bearers of the Thrissur chapter.

Adv Cherian John, secretary of CREDAI Thrissur chapter, said, ''Builders in Thrissur will attain more reputation with the merger. CREDAI will assist builders to solve issues, help in business promotions and provide trainings for growth. The chapter also aims at doing social service activities in the district"

The formal launch of the chapter will be held in the last week of May, 2012

Thrissur is the 4th CREDAI chapter in Kerala. Earlier, builders in Thiruvananthapuram, Cochin & Calicut had merged into CREDAI. Builders in Kottayam will soon be joining. Thus, CREDAI will get a good space in Kerala.
