Realty Plus Excellence Awards (RPEA) 2012 for the West zone, as the proud winners walked the ramp at Tote on the Turf, Mahalaxmi Race Course, amidst the applause & cheers extended by the audience, comprising leading lights of the Inidian real estate sector, policy makers, industry officials, dignitaries from different walks of life & media persons in large numbers.

The event was made more memorable by the presence of legendary cine star Jeetendra as the chief guest and Markand Adhikari, Vice Chairman & MD, Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network as Guest of Honour.
Living up to its promise of honouring the best from the real estate sector, Realty Plus, the leading real estate magazine published from the exchange4media group, had organised this event in Mumbai to acknowledge the extraordinary achievements accomplished by the real estate companies and stalwarts from the western region.
The event got unveiled with a brainstorming conclave, that saw the leading names and brains of the industry, including CEOs & directors of the real estate companies of the western region, mulling over the topic 'Luxury Real Estate'. Moderated by Kapil Mohan Dhingra, Founder-Director, Realty Plus, the conclave was an inter-active event which evoked keen response and participation from the audience too.
The eminent speakers at the panel in the conclave included Laxman Bhagtani, chairman, Jaycee Homes, Vikas Arora, MD, Runwal Group, Shailesh Sanghvi, MD, Sanghvi Group, Neeraj Gulati, director, Assotech Realty, and Vinod Behl, editor, Realty Plus, amongst others.

The conclave and felicitation event for the North zone is now slated to be held in Delhi on March 21. The event in Mumbai, was the second such occasion this year, in the continuing series of RPEA 2012, just after it was concluded successfully in Bengaluru, recently.
