The Madras Stock Exchange (MSE) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) are conducting a Regional Investor Seminar under the theme “Securities Market and the Common Man” at Hotel GRT Grant Estancia, Salem, at 05.00 p.m. on Saturday, the 31st March 2012.
The Seminar is association with the ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India), Salem Branch, Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India, Mettur - Salem Chapter, and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Salem Chapter.
Mr. R.K. Padmanabhan, Executive Director, SEBI, Mumbai, will inaugurate the seminar and speaks on “Vision of SEBI”.
Mr. S.Venkateswaran, Director, MSE, will give the welcome address and Mr. V. Nagappan, Director, MSE, will give keynote address.
The first technical session on “Diversify your Investment through Mutual Fund” will be handled by Mr. P. Venkatesh, Vice President, Sundaram Asset Management.
The second session on “Economic Factors Influence Market in 2012-13 – How retail investors can benefit from it” will be handled by Mr. T.R. Arulrajhan, Vice President, Vertex Securities.
