CREDAI Bangalore Chapter has added another feather to its cap by joining hands with BRA-I (Bangalore Realtors Association India). Both the real estate bodies signed this epoch making bilateral cooperation agreement.
This association will enable both the trade bodies to exchange vital information & knowledge among their members, with a core aim to enhance the functional capabilities of both organizations.
The bilateral agreement has brought 165 existing members of CREADI Bangalore Chapter and 150 members of BRA -I under one umbrella, to serve the common purpose of maintaining high standards of real estate industry practice and preserving the right of property owners. This agreement also majorly focuses on safeguarding the interest of the public welfare at large.
Mr. Sushil Mantri, President, CREDAI Karnataka Chapter, said, “This agreement has indeed bought us immense pleasure in developing a better relationship between the realtors fraternity. This epic step will promote and protect trademarks, copyrights and all other forms of intellectual property owned, respectively, by the Cooperating Organizations. Ultimately this new cooperating organization will extend its hands by providing help to our valued customers”.
Mr. Farook Mahmood, Founder, BRA - I, said, “A milestone in Bangalore’s Real Estate business which will focus on the free & fair trade practices, promoting transparency and collaborating of best practices which will eventually benefit the customers and the Real Estate Fraternity at large. We consider this collaboration to be the biggest leap in the real estate sector. As a united voice of the sector we aim to coordinate, promote products, and services by the respective Cooperating Organizations. In due course, we look forward to educate and spread awareness among our Cooperating Organization members”.

# Promoting the recognizing members of the respective Cooperating Organizations for referring business to members of the other in the expectation of compensation
