Chennai based property developer, Isha Homes has now launched Isha Mia, a residential project with 106 independent villas, located close to Kelambakkam, off OMR, Chennai’s IT Corridor.

Mr. Suresh Krishn, MD, Isha Homes said, “We realised the need of the HNI (High Net worth Individuals)  and NRI   ( Non Residence Indians) population in Chennai, who did not have access to international standard luxury villas. So we decided to cater to the housing needs of the upper middle class, starting with our 97-unit Signature villas at Medavakkam. We have taken utmost care to make each unit a green and eco-friendly home”

Mr. Suresh Krishn also added, “In the first phase, we will offer 50 villas, which will get completed in 18 months. The entire project will be ready in two years''
