The project name as Neptune, the project will see an investment of Rs .240 crore to develop 108 premium flats in two, 27 storey towers with 54 flats each. The base price of the project has been kept as Rs. 6,000 per square feet for bookings till January, 2012.

# Each apartment, fully air-conditioned and spread over an area of 6,363 square feet, will have 5 bedrooms with over 1,000 sq ft of party area.
# The flats, with a more-than-normal ceiling height of 11 feet, will have a separate gymnasium, jacuzzi, sauna, plunge pool, 3 car parking and 2 servant quarters.
# The project is expected to be ready for possession end of 2013. Meanwhile, the company has tied up with local landowners under an agreement of sharing a
portion of the finished product.
Mr.Sudesh Malhotra, CEO, SCSL Buildwell said, “We are managing the design, selling and marketing of the project by ourselves. We are about to complete the foundation of the project. We will start the sale in January, 2012. The price is bound to increase considering the standard of luxury we are providing. We expect a sale realisation about Rs. 600 crore depending on the market. We consider this one of the luxurious projects in India. The main feature of the project is a huge lobby in the ground floor spread over 13,000 square feet with a 18 feet high ceiling. The lobby with a gigantic aquarium provides views of lawns and water bodies.”
Mr.Sudesh Malhotra also said, '“This part of Gurgaon has a lot of developers coming up with luxury projects with prices such as Rs 18,000 to 19,000 per square feet, and their projects are completely occupied. So, the demand for this kind of development is in abundance in Gurgaon.”
