Kolte-Patil Developers Limited has invested Rs. 600 crore for the its new project ''Life Republic" for the first phase.
The township is being developed under the special Township policy of the Government of Maharashtra. ICICI Ventures is investing around Rs 300 crore in this project.

# The first phase of the project will consist of an overall development and construction of nearly 25 lakh sq.ft comprising 1, 2, 3 & 4 B H K flats and 3, 4 & 5 bedroom villas along with a school, a health care facility, retail, facilities for art, culture and sports are amongst other lifestyle facilities.
# The size of the apartments at 'Life Republic' ranges between 600-3,000 sq. ft, whereas the sizes of villas would be in the range of 2,500-5,000 sq. ft.
# It has a home to suit needs and budgets of everyone with homes in the range of Rs. 25 lakh to Rs. 5 crore.
# The possession of the villas and apartments in this phase shall start from 2014.
