Pune based real estate company Naiknavare Developers has announced plans to develop 3 Town Square Shopping Centres in Pune and one in Goa in the 3 three years.
Naiknavare Developers is built on the neighbourhood shopping centre concept and designed, leased, managed and marketed for the community at large, catering to their daily needs as well as high-end, branded and luxury merchandise for the elite.
Capital for the project would be raised from the internal accruals and partly as loans from the banks.
Mr. Hemant Naiknavare, Director, Naiknavare Developers, “We are launching three Town Square Shopping Centres in Pune and one in Goa in the next three years with an investment of Rs 120 crore. The first Town Square Shopping Centre, with over 1,20,000 sq ft space is being developed at Viman Nagar on the Airport Road. In the first phase about 30 shops of various sizes would be opened.”
Dorabjee’s, the 100 year old heritage supermarket of Pune, would be occupying the entire ground floor, a spread of above 13,500 square feet area.
The second centre, of nearly 50,000 square feet, would come up at the fast developing Hadapsar area in April 2012, the 48,000 square feet centre would be developed at Chakan by mid 2013 and a 30,000 square feet centre in Goa in 2014.
