ReplyDelete1. Buyers are misguided by mr squarefeet. while purchasing they will yes to everything, once you have booked you will have to face a lot of problems.
2. The project is delayed for more then 1.5 Yrs and there is no suriety for the completion of C-2 block.
3. C2 block which is oopen for sale is on the least priority for PWS society.
4. There is very very poor communication from PWS and MrSquarefeet side once you have booked a flat.
5. They charge unnesccesarry late fees even when the delay is from there side.
Be very carefull before even planning to buy in PWS
