M3M India buys DLF Land for Rs. 440 crore

The Gurgaon based real estate company M3M India has bought about 28 acres of land in Gurgaon from the India's largest developer DLF for Rs. 440 crore. It  plans to invest another Rs. 660 crore to build a housing project on it.

said, “The sale value includes the cost of necessary permissions to build the project.The project cost will be funded through internal accruals and advances from customers''
