The graduate diploma, an interdisciplinary programme of studies has been designed considering the requirement of engineers, contractors, students of engineering/ architectural colleges, architects, real estate developers & aspiring entrepreneurs.
Built with the concept and methodology of law, engineering & management, it aims to develop mature and responsible engineering professionals with the sufficient knowledge of relative laws governing the building and infrastructure contracts and real estate management.
The graduate diploma course comprises 96 contact teaching hours with 5 papers spread over one year.
The subjects for the course include ‘Building and Infrastructure Contracts', ‘Special Contracts', ‘Corporate Law', ‘Industrial and Social Security Legislations' and ‘Transfer of Property Act & Registration Act'.
POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT
(ON CAMPUS FULL TIME REGULAR PROGRAMME)
Commencing from 6th February 2012
Admission Schedule : Applications can be obtained from 2nd January 2012 from the Director (WRDI) by paying a Demand Draft for Rs.1,000/- in favour of the Director General, National Academy of Construction, Hyderabad.
Eligible applicants have to undergo aptitude test of two hours duration followed by an interview, the date of which will be intimated.
Last Date of receipt of Application : 21st January 2012
Duration of the Programme : 24 weeks of classroom study followed by Industry Internship of 26 weeks
Eligibility Criteria : Candidate with a degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
Fee Structure : Rs.75,000/- (Option is available to pay the fee in two instalments). The cost of the hostel accommodation will be additional.
Residential facilities : NAC has a fully furnished hostel with dining and recreational facilities
