Godrej Properties: Launches new towers in Ahmedabad

The real estate development arm of the Godrej Group, Godrej Properties Ltd,  had announced the launch of  2 new towers in their township project Godrej Garden City (GGC) in Ahmedabad. These towers, standing 12-storey tall, will offer luxurious three B H K flats each measuring about 2,255 square feet.
Godrej Garden City is one of 2 projects in India and amongst only 16 worldwide to be chosen as a partner by The Clinton Climate Initiative with the goal of achieving a climate positive development. The initiative seeks to reduce the net greenhouse gas emissions from the project to zero by incorporating a cutting  edge sustainable development philosophy into all aspects of the development.

Mr. Pirojsha Godrej, Executive Director, Godrej Properties said, “We are excited to announce the launch of these new towers in Godrej Garden City. We have seen robust sales in the project, with each of the first 2 towers in the ‘Belvedere’ cluster sold within a day of being launched. We will endeavor to provide highest standards of design and living in Godrej Garden City.”

# The master plan has been created by world-renowned architects Skidmore, Owings and Merrill (SOM), who have also designed numerous landmark projects across the globe such as Burj Khalifa, which is currently the world’s tallest building.
