Real estate company Godrej Properties has appointed executive director Mr. Pirojsha Godrej as managing director and chief executive officer with effect from April 1, 2012.
According to the company statement, Mr. Milind Korde, the incumbent MD, has resigned for personal reasons and will step down from his post on March 31.
