# Build 1,000 condos spread over 28 acres in Kharadi, a fast developing location in the east of the city and close to the airport.
# In the first phase, build a total of 350 condos, which will be ready for possession by the end of December 2013. Build 20 to 22, 12-storeyed buildings. With 4 condos on each floor, each building will have about 50 condos.
# The size of the condos will be in the range of 1,380 square feet to 2,890 square feet with 2, 2.5, 3 and 4 B H K options.
# The bookings were open at Rs. 4,500 per square feet.
