Documents Required for Salaried / Professional / Self-employed / Businessmen
You would need to submit the following documents along with the completed application form if you are an existing Savings bank or current account holder of that bank:

# Statement of Bank account of the borrower for last 12 months.
# Two passport size photographs of borrower.
# Signature identification of borrower.
# A copy of passport or voters ID card Or PAN card.
# Proof of residence.
# Latest salary-slip showing all deductions
# Income Tax Returns / Form 16: 2 years for salaried employees and 3 years for Professional / Self-employed / Businessmen duly accepted by the ITO wherever applicable to be submitted.
# Proof of official address for non-salaried individuals.
If you are not an account holder with that bank you would also need to furnish documents that establish your identity and give proof of residence.
Salaried Individual
# Age Proof :
Any of the following may be provided.!
Passport copy,
PAN Card,
Voters ID card,
Photo driving license with birth date (laminated, recent , legible),
Photo ration card with date of birth,
Employer certificate/ID, School/College Leaving certificate.
# Proof of Identity : Any of the following may be provided
Passport copy,
PAN Card,
Voters ID card,
Photo driving license with birth date,
Photo ration card with date of birth.
# Income Proof :
Salary slip for last two months
Form 16 / ITR for last 2 years / Appointment letters from employer to show continuation of services since last 2 year
# Address Proof :
Any of the following may be provided
Passport copy,
Photo Ration card with date of birth,
Telephone bill,
Electricity bill,
Water bill,
Property registry document,
Bank Statement,
Credit Card statement with credit card copy,
Note: Permanent address proof Electricity bill, Water Bill, property registry papers in own name or relation proof is required , in case of these documents are in parent’s name
