BOI (Bank of India) is recruiting probationary officers to fill up nearly 1,800 vacancies pan India.
The BOI has specified that candidates with a minimum of 60% in their graduation and a total weighted standard score of 130 in the common written examination conducted by IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) are eligible to apply.
According to the bank,''Only those candidates who rank sufficiently high in the order of merit shall be called for a personal interview in the ratio of 1:3. The interview will be for 100 marks and the minimum required for qualifying the interview is 50 marks. The tentative period of the interview will be between February and March 2012."
A merit list will be prepared based on the marks secured in the common written exam as well as the interview and then the final selection will be made.

Last Date for registration applications: (online) January 31, 2012
