Indian Share market (BSE) listed company Shree Ram Urban Infrastructure. Its Palais Royale project coming up in central Mumbai, will rise through 75 floors to a height of 1,000 ft. Minimum price of the house is Rs. 50 crore, the top goes up to Rs. 100 crore. Formal booking has not started. Some flats have already been pre sold. Palais Royale has competition though.
Highlights of Palais Royale..!
# The naming of Palais Royale is in piece with the latest trend of christening anything and everything with a foreign name. As opposed to Mumbai’s most famous boulevard, Marine Drive, just a few kilometers away from Palais Royale, which has India’s longest row of art deco apartment blocks with Indian names and built decades ago.
# Palais Royale has its India touch though vastu. Apparently, that’s what the jet-setting billionaires want. It will also be environment friendly.
# The Company will spend over Rs 2,000 crore on the tower. It counts among prospective buyers leading businessmen, stockbrokers and film stars.
# Entirely residential, the tower will have an atrium, 30 metres across and rising to 215 metres, the world’s tallest atrium in a residential building..
# Everything is under wraps, including Palais Royale itself, clad in plastic from top to bottom. But work goes on behind the shroud. It pays to be discreet when prices are so stiff and the egos of patrons still stiffer.
