Inno GeoCity: Phase II launched near Chennai

The part of the Inno Group, Inno GeoCity, which is establishing a self contained township close to the electronic and automobile hub of the emerging Oragadam industrial estate belt, south west of Chennai, has now launched the Phase II of the project. It has also announced the tie-up with Tips (The Indian Public School), an emerging CBSE school chain that will start functioning at the township from the forthcoming academic year.

According to company's statement, In Inno GeoCity sold out the twin and row houses launched in the first phase, it has now introduced 200 houese of contemporary bungalow apartments and independent villas, consisting of 2 B H K and 3 B H K bungalow flats and 4 B H K villas. These format houses are aimed at enhancing an individual’s living experience with its combination of garden.

With the launch of the Phase II, it now offers the complete suburban experience with a mix of twin houses, row houses, independent villas and bungalow apartments. Our company will continue to focus on its ‘G+1’ model with the Phase II of the township development as well, to provide uncluttered living space. The bungalow apartments will be built in 4-in-1 concept, with access to garden from the ground floor and private terrace from the first floor."

The 2  B H K and 3 B H K flats will come in sizes ranging between 900 sq. ft and 1,100 sq. ft.  And the prices range between Rs 2,750 and Rs 2,950 per sq. ft.
Almost all the common infrastructure and facilities that were announced at the launch of phase I, and which will form part of the township, will be available for phase II sector as well. These include a club house, swimming pool, tennis court, gym and amphitheatre.
The bungalow apartments will be ready in 18 months from now (2011, December)

Inno GeoCity is centrally located between Oragadam SIPCOT Park and  Sriperumbudur in Chennai. And easily accessible from Irungattukotai SIPCOT Park and Mahindra World City.
