Indian real estate company Unitech has sold over 300 housing flats worth Rs. 250 crore under a recently launched project at Gurgaon. The group housing project 'Crestview' is a part of the 500 acre integrated township that theUnitech is developing in Gurgaon, Haryana.
According to Unitech, ''Crestview has received sales bookings of more than 300 flats worth 250 crore. we expects to garner revenue of Rs 2,000 crore from the township project over the next 3-4 years".
Flat prices at Crestview start from Rs. 70 lakh. This is the Unitech's second project in the township. Unitech has launched about 1 crore sq. ft of new projects since January (2011) this year.
