The company, which disbursed about Rs. 1,200 Crore home loans last year, gets about 25% of its business from Andhra Pradesh. The rest of Andhra Pradesh, including coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema, has been seeing vibrant growth in home loans. The company gets 50% of its business from Tamil Nadu, 15% from Kerala & 12% from Karnataka.
This year (2011), the company hopes to clock a total disbursal of Rs. 1,800 crore in loans. For the first half of the financial year ended September 2011, the company saw its disbursements grow 59% to Rs. 866 crore, compared with the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Net profits grew by 98% to Rs 39 crore during H1 2011 - 12.
