Real estate developer Puravankara has expressed its intent to hike the price of ‘Purva Bluemount' a project under construction at Singanallur in Coimbatore, from November 21, 2011.
The project is sitting on about 16.86 acre, with a planned layout of 1,116 flats, comprising 2 and 3 bedroom flats ranging from 1,352 sq. ft to 1,872 sq. ft. Construction is under way, work commenced about 2011,May.
