A high end flat in NCR (National Capital Region), Gurgaon, measuring nearly 2,900 sq. ft (Square Feet), was sold to Rs. 3.1 crore. It was bought by an individual. The capital value commanded by the property was about Rs. 10,700 per sq.ft, which is in line with the value for comparable properties in the location.
Gurgaon has been commanding an average capital value of Rs. 8,500 to Rs. 21,000 per sq. ft for high end residential flats. There has been an increase of 7% over the last quarter and about 28% over the past year.
