The CMD (Chairman and Managing Director) of Plama Developers Ltd, Mr. P. M. A. Razak, has been elected president of the Mangalore branch of CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India) for the year  2012-14.

Mr. Razak is the former president of Kanara Builders' Association.
