Pashmina Developers launches Bengaluru residential project

Mumbai-based real estate firm, Pashmina Builders and Developers  has forayed into Bengaluru with its first residential project named Pashmina Waterfront. It  investing Rs 425 crore in this project.

Mr. Pashmina Waterfront, Asit Koticha, Chairman, Pashmina Builders and Developers, said, “Waterfront is our maiden project in Bengaluru in which we plan to invest over Rs 425 crore. The funding will be done mainly through our tie-up with IFL Rs 300 crore and remaining through customer advances.”

Highlights of  Waterfront..!


* Waterfront is a 16 acre project.

* It comprising 1,115 apartments and located in East Bengaluru on Old Madras Road.

* The flat sizes will range from 1,550 sq ft to 2,200 sq ft.  The flats priced at Rs 3,450 per sq ft

* The project is slated to be one of the tallest buildings in the area including Ground plus 38 floors.

*  In the 1st phase about  575 flats have been launched for sale.

* Waterfront, designed by famous architects M/s Thomas Associates, the project has only 10% of built-up area while the remaining 90% cent is covered with aesthetic landscaping containing more than 25 amenities.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                       The group currently has about  ongoing projects in Mumbai and Pune. It also has land parcels in Bengaluru including 12 acres at Budhgiri and over 14 acres at Hoskote in the city. Most of its projects under construction are residential with only one commercial project at its 110 acres mixed-use development at Pune.
