MCHI Property 2011 from Today October 6

The MCHI  (Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry) Property 2011 expo starts at the MMRDA Grounds, Bandra Kurla Complex, in Mumbai  on today October 6, 2011. It continues to 9 October. Over 15,000 properties by 100-plus developers will be showcased at the expo. A grievance forum has also been set up to address complaints in the expo hall.

According to Mr. Bandish Ajmera, Exhibition Committee Chairman, said ''Developers from Mumbai and suburbs will offer properties ranging from 1 to 5 BHK, studio apartments, duplex, penthouses, row houses, bungalows, apart from second homes/holiday homes, plots, commercial shops and office premises. About 15 housing finance institutions and banks will also be present at the expo to offer loans."

Mr. Paras Gundecha, President MCHI, said ''The MCHI association had adopted a code of conduct for its member-developers to adhere to ethical business practices."
