BCC Infra. Launches Residential Project in NCR : Total 6,000 Flats

Real estate developer BCC Infrastructures along with HDFC PMS had launched a Rs 2,000 crore project “Bharat City”, 3rd largest residential township in the NCR (National Capital Region.) Bharat City was inaugurated by Mr. Renu Karnad, MD, HDFC. Among those present at the occasion included HDFC PMS Director Mr. Vipul Roongta and BCC Infrastructures Chairman Mr. S.P Singh.

Mr. Kumar Bharat, Director, BCC Infrastructure  said,''  This is in line with our mission of affordable housing to people. The total cost of the project is nearly Rs 2,000 crore. .The company has already infused Rs 250 crore in the project, Further investment will be made either through bank loan or internal accruals."

Highlights of Bharat City

# The project, spread over 60 acres of land, is a 50:50 joint venture between BCC Infrastructures and HDFC PMS.

# It will have all basic amenities like school, multi-specialty hospital, banks and ATMs, sports parks, restaurants, and clubs. Bharat City, located at a strategic junction of Kondli-Palwal-Manesar road and Faridabad-Noida-Gurgaon road.

#  There will be 6,000 flats units, which include 2 B H K and 3 B H K in the project, priced between Rs 20 and 34 lakh

# The possession will be within 30 months or the developer will pay penalty at Rs. 5 per sq ft.

# EMIs start after one month of the offered possession by the company.

# It will have ‘Bal Bharati School’ and 125 bedded multi speciality hospital.

# The scheme divides the payment in the ratio of 20:80. The buyer can acquire property at a booking price of 20 per cent and rest 80 per cent can be paid at the time of possession, and till then there will be no interests or EMIs.

# This scheme is by HDFC home loans to the end users.
