Kotak Realty Fund (KRF) functions as a division of Kotak Investment Advisors Ltd (KIAL).

KIAL is a subsidiary of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited, and is focused on providing investment management and advisory services relating to Alternate Assets. KRF currently renders investment management services to 2 funds that are domiciled in India and provide investment advisory services in relation to one Offshore Fund.

Domestic FundsKotak India Real Estate Fund-I
This is one of the first real estate funds raised in India. This close-ended fund focuses on investing in the Indian real estate and allied sectors.
#  The Committed AUM (Asset Under Management) of Rs.4,56.90 crore ($ 10 crore )
#  The fund is fully Invested
#  Capital Returned to Investors: ( 2010, September ) 18% of their capital commitment

Kotak Alternate Opportunities India FundThe second close-ended realty fund is also focused on investing in the Indian real estate and allied sectors

    # Committed AUM (Asset Under Management) of Rs. 1493.99 crore ($ 38 Crore)
    #  Capital Returned to Investors: (2010, September )  5% of their capital commitment

Offshore FundThis offshore fund focuses on investing in the equity, equity-related and/or debt securities in real estate and real estate-related projects and companies across India. The fund currently invests in projects and companies across all asset classes in real estate in accordance with Indian exchange control regulations.
