Mumbai-based real estate developer Puranik Builders has announced the launch of its second phase of Aldea Espanola housing project in Pune.
It spread across 15 acres of land, the multi-storey Aldea Espanola in fast developing Baner area, is being built in four phases. The first phase was launched a year ago comprising 15 row villas with a price about Rs 90 lakh and 200 apartments priced at Rs 30 - 50 lakh.
Highlights of Aldea Espanola - second phase
* Aldea Espanola comprises a total of 50 super luxury 3 B H K and 4 B H K (2,000-2,500 sq.ft) row villas and 650 luxury 2 B H K and 3 B H K (900-1,000 sq.ft) apartments.
* The project is conceptualised in Spanish style of architecture and its interiors redefine fine living.
* The second phase comprising 15 row villas and 200 apartments of similar size has now been launched. While, each row villa costs above Rs 1 crore, the apartments carry a price tag between Rs 35-60 lakh.
* The houses will be ready for possession in the next 12-18 months.
The total cost of the project was Rs 300 crore.
