The 25-year-old Harvard graduated Mr. Anand Piramal, son of Ajay and Swati Piramal has joined Piramal Realty. Mr. Anand Piramal would explore opportunities for Piramal Realty. Now, Piramal Realty is a Mumbai-focussed company, but the group has substantial land holdings in south India.
Mr. Anand has mentioned that he would want Piramal Realty to explore opportunities outside Mumbai too.
According to senior executive of a leading a real estate consultancy in mumbai said, "Mr.Anand is also meeting top executives in the real estate sector outside his organisation. It seems he wants to maintain a low profile,"
Piramal Realty group chairman Mr. Ajay Piramal had said in May, 2011 that his son would join the group soon. Now this is done.
