Gurgaon city based real estate company M3M group is coming up with M3M Polo Suites, an ultra luxury housing project within the 75-acre M3M Golf Estate in Golf Course Road Extension.
Mr. Pankaj Bansal, Director of M3M India said, “M3M Polo Suites are exclusively for people looking for style and class in lifestyle. In this project we have tried to include most of the provisions of the smart home concept.”
* The base price of the project is kept as Rs 12,600 per square feet, totalling to Rs 5-7 crore.
* Designed by ARCOP, construction on the project will begin in October and the company intends to complete the project till October 2014.
* The flats will have provisions for world famous B&O inbuilt sound system, provision for Miele kitchens and Duravit bathrooms.
* In order to offer and manage the polo sport lifestyle in the project, the company has tied up with polo player Adhiraj Singh-led Equisport.
* Every flat will have a private lobby and a private polo lounge.
* Each member of M3M Polo Suites will get Polo Concierge Service that will give them access to all the domestic and international polo games, riding/polo lessons with an instructor at select polo/riding clubs, polo merchandise and invitation to annual gala polo ball.
