Hyderabad will host the 9th annual edition of the CII-SR (Confederation of Indian Industry, Southern Region) summit on infrastructure during September 21-22, 2011.
Mr.J P Nayak, chairman of the conference and president, L&T said, ""The conference - Suminfra 2011 - would focus on strengthening PPP (Public Private Partnership in Southern Region. The conference will have five learning sessions on various aspects including institutional finance for PPPs, funding mechanism, risk perception and risk-mitigation.Our country is now growing at nearly 8% and this growth could only be sustainable if corresponding development was ensured in infrastructure'
The four participating states, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, would make presentations about the incentives/facilities being offered to private infrastructure developers.
