Alpha G Corp launches, Alpha International City in Amritsar

Alpha G Corp, a partner of Morgan Stanley and an FDI-funded real estate developer has launched Alpha International City, the largest integrated township in Amritsar.
The Rs 650 crore project township will be developed in 3 phases on land owned by Venus County Developers and based on the REAM (Real Estate Asset Management Model)  The 300-acre poject  will combine plotted development, international quality civic infrastructure and dedicated commercial space of 25 acres. Designed by ARCOP, leading architects of Montreal, Canada, the township will offer an international quality living experience to residents across different socio-economic categories.
Mr. Mukul Kumar, ED of  Alpha G Corp said, “Alpha International City  will be a gated community with one-end entry and sidewalk for pedestrians. The city will have its own sewage treatment plant where the waste will be taken care off. It will be a zero-disposal township, totally independent from the city’s municipality having every facility of its own.”

The plot for first phase has been received from the government of Punjab. It will offer plotted development in sizes ranging from 200-500 sq yd in 5 categories. Construction has been started on phase I of the city comprising 100 acres. The total investment in the first phase will be Rs 200-225 crore. Costing of the plotted developments in the first phase will be Rs 14,000 per sq yd.
 
Highlights

* A luxurious community club, wide tree-lined roads, dedicated sewage and water treatment plants, world-class education facilities and an independent commercial zone are some key features of the project.
* There will be a central green area comprising  5 acres offering a pollution free breathing place to all.
* Stationery stores Subidha will be put up at strategic places, which will meet all the requirements of the residents,
* There is also a plan to set-up an international school in the township for which three acres of land will be utilised.

The company plans to raise Rs 250 crore revenue from the phase I of the project and a total revenue of Rs 650 crore from the whole project.
