Sobha Group will be developing a township project in Delhi. It will come up over 150 acres in Dwarka South West Delhi. The phase - 1 of this project will be spread over 35 acres, with 35 lakh sq. ft. of development.
Mr. Jagadish Nangineni, Regional Head, (NCR) Sobha Group,''The first phase of the project will have 200 villas of 5/6 bedrooms ranging from 270 square yards to 692 square yards and pricing Rs 3.28 crore to Rs 8.8 crore."
In have one lakh sq ft club house, 55% open area .The first phase of the Dwarka City, costing Rs 400 crore will be complete in 2014, while the entire project will be delivered over 6-7 years.
