Chennai-based property developer Akshaya Homes proposed to enter the Karnataka and Kerala realty market by 2015.
Mr T. Chitty Babu, Chairman and CEO, Akshaya Homes Said, "The company would also have pan-India presence in another five years" .
He was speaking after launching Akshaya Homes' 11-storey housing project, claimed to be the first ‘4 star' apartments, in Coimbature city.
The ‘Orbit 11' has 30 exquisite 3 bedroom homes, costing Rs.1.75 crore onwards for the 3 different types of apartments, priced at Rs 7,500 per square feet. The project had been given ‘4 star' rating by CRISIL.
The Orbit 11 project, 149th from Akshaya, costing nearly Rs 200 crore exclusive of the land, would be completed within 21 months.
