As the Tamil Nadu police has been flooded with thousands of complaints of land grabbing and forcible selling during the previous DMK Regime, AIADMK Supremo and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa announced setting up of Special Cells to take action on the complaints and restore the land back to the owners.
In a statement Chennai, Ms Jayalalithaa said, ""Special Cell was set up at the DGP Office in the city and at all the districts to inquire into the complaints and take steps to restore the grabbed land to the owners. As promised by during campaigning in the run up to the Assembly Polls""
Ms Jayalalithaa announced constitution of the special cells to go into the complaints of land grabbing during the 2006-2011 DMK Regime and take action against those involved in it under IPC and other sections.
'Also said, 'All the complaints will be inquired into and those involved in such frauds will be dealt as per law. The lands will be retrieved from them and restored to the owners. My action will give the people, who had lost their lands through forcible means during the DMK Regime, the hope that they will get back their lands". Stating land grabbing and forcibe sale of lands were rampant during the DMK Regime, she said police did not act on the complaints preferred by the affected people then.
''As many as 1,449 land grabbing complaints have been received from the people till July one this year. Since complaints of land grabbing are being received, special cells has been set up as it would be difficult for police stations to go into all the complaints," she said. Following receipt of complaints that DMK functionaries were involved in land grbabing, police have launched a state-wide crack down on the orders of Ms Jayalalithaa, resulting in more number of complaints being received by the police.

I am living and doing agriculture in the above address.The enemies Gigadendran,Senthil Kumar S/o Thangamuthu,Prabhu,Murugesh,Thangarasu,Moorthy(Thirumoorthy),Vijaya Kumar,Senthil Kumar S/o Samiyappan and also there are twenty members whom I can identify but don’t know the names of the persons have closed my well(worth Rs.5 Lakhs) on 16/6/2008 by 2/3 by using praoti amman JCP which has no number plate.I have given complaint FIR no 155/2008 and there was no action taken and the FIR was closed.On 23/8/2008,the following members 1.Ponaiyan (Ponnusamy) S/o.Velusamy,2.Archanan S/o Chennimalai Gounder 3.Gigadendran S/o Thangamuthu 4.K.C.Natarajan S/o Chinnasamy gounder Komarapalayam,Murugathuluvu village 5.Durai(Saminathan),Basuvapatti 6.Moorthy(Thirumoorthy) 7.Sakthivel(Ammapalayam) 8.Prabhu S/o Chinnusamy 9.Kannan S/o Kittusamy 10.Mani(Mayilsamy) have threatened survey no-311/1,2,3 to sign an aggrement to register the well to Gigadendran and they have damaged the government subsidy pipeline(The Pipeline for Sugarcane cultivation i.e.,for trip irrigation) whose value is Rs 1,25,000 lakhs(Complaint Receipt No.387/2008).The complaint was given but the inspector of Chennimalai station Mr.Manokaran was in favor of them because they are in ruling party DMK .The Inspector Manokaran has made a false complaint(case no-37/2009) wherever the pipeline was damaged in that area coconut trees are planted and they are also damaged and the witness of well.The Coconut planted area is not a well irrigated and seeks water facility.In order to cheese my property, a false document was filed by K.C.Natarajan OS no 14/2009.There was no action to the above case and so I have got order in High Court(CRL OP No-13811 of 2010) and I have given to Inspector Manokaran,Chennimalai and he has not taken the High Court order.So I have sent this through register post on 24/7/2010 and the chennimali police station received on 6/8/2010.To the above reference,there was also no action taken.The Erode Court has issued permanent injection order to the well(case no-637/82 & 15/85).So I have filed a case to immediately take legal action and safely accure the well and the empty land and channels and road and to rectify the pipeline for doing irrigation and legal action and protection(SP Erode Receipt No-G3/STGDP/E/121/11) Date 19/9/2011.So I have attached a copy of complaint and all documents.
